- CAPABILITIES:
- THERMAL CHAMBER
- Our state-of-the-art thermal chamber provides elevated temperature and humidity testing for performance and reliability of our products.
- The thermal chamber employs a digital control panel for operation.
- Interior volume: >39 cubic-inches
- Temperature range: -60oC to 150oC
- Relative Humidity range: 20% to 98% RH
- IP 5X/6X DUST/SAND CHAMBER
- The IP dust/sand chamber provides time-controlled, non-laminar flow of dust-loaded vertical circulation flow. Accordingly, it is configured simultaneously on product(s) within the product’s enclosure exhaust vacuum pump, and can adjust the exhaust volume and pressure. In addition, the configuration stream controls the temperature in order to ensure that the IEC 60529 (Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code) requirements are followed under the intended environmental conditions.
- The IP dust/sand chamber employs a digital control panel for operation.
- Our state-of-the-art IP dust and sand chamber has room to cover over 60 cubic-inches of volume.
- Environmental Conditions:
- Air temperature range: 0oC to 35oC
- Relative Humidity range: 25% to 75% RH
- Atmospheric pressure: 86 to 106 kPa
- Temperature range control: +10oC to +70oC

DLC Qualification Services
ITL provides end-to-end services for lighting manufacturers in order to get products qualified by DesignLights Consortium (DLC). ITL minimizes the number of similar product testing required in order to get an entire product family qualified, perform the full suite of tests in our NVLAP accredited laboratory and manage the entire submission process with DLC.
